the work to be carried out on your property, including suggestions on repairs,
painting, furniture and window treatments. Delivery of all furniture and accessories.
Including set up and display of furniture, beds, linen, carpets, mirrors and artwork
as detailed in the report. Rental of the furniture for the period specified in
our contract. (Up to 6 weeks for an auction period. Allowing for advertising photography
& open house viewings.) Pack up and removal of T-Design furniture at the completion
